Day 13 of 30: OUT OF THE COMFORT ZONE

DAY 13 OF 30!
TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE!
Hi Team:

It's here! The second weekend of the CHALLENGE! The weekend is a great way to break away from the norm of the week, particularly if you find yourself in the same environment day after day. 

Today, I'd like you to focus on doing something 'active', which requires you come out of your comfort zone. This doesn't mean going out and doing something drastic, it simply means, find an activity you've never done before, or have done very seldom, make arrangements, and get to it!

Making plans such as these are exciting, invigorating, and will 'perk' your entire body up. I highly suggest taking several people with you. Take pictures, make memories, and you'll all have something to talk about for a long, long time.

I know some of you are highly adventurous already, others follow the same routine each weekend. Choose something that works for you. 

HERE'S A FEW IDEAS:

Hike
Bike
Swim in a lake, or river
Go tubing
Water skiing
Para-gliding
Sky diving
Rock climbing
Ride ATV's (Believe it or not, this can be a good workout)
Jump on a trampoline
Rope climb
Have a jump rope competition
See how far you can do walking lunges
Trail run
Bungee jump
Horseback ride
Roller skate
Speed skate
Scuba dive

Whatever you choose to do, have a good time at it!
