Day 7 of 30: THE 3 R's: REST, RELAXATION, AND RESTORATION

As I write this blog, my heart is heavy, as many US Navy SEALS have just lost their lives. Love and prayers go out to their families, comrades, and friends. I'm grateful for the many days, months, and years of sacrifice, these men and women put forth on America's behalf. May you rest in peace.

DAY 7 of 30
TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE!
How are you doing CHALLENGERS? I hope to hear well. Many of you are holding strong, unwavering, committed, and determined to see your personal 30 DAY CHALLENGE through. Congratulations, as you have already made the decision to succeed, no matter what. 

Others are wavering a bit. Following their plans so long as they're not tempted, so long as it's convenient. This, my friends, will not serve you. You have not yet made up your mind to commit in full, to sacrifice personal comforts, to allow yourself out of your comfort zone. You have not come to believe in yourself, and do not yet realize the potential you have to meet your expectations, and then some. Does this mean you should give up? By no means. You are learning. You are growing, even if it appears you're taking two steps back at times. Take a deep breathe, slowly exhale. Rest. Relax. Restore yourself, and begin again, even if it's for the 30th time.

Still, there are others who have given up, have felt they just couldn't do it. Perhaps, not fully mentally or physically prepared for the temptations that would surely come. I invite you to come back. 

THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE CAN BE STARTED ANY TIME

I will, more than likely, leave this blog up for some time. I hope it can be a source of strength to you as you tackle your CHALLENGES one at a time. It is here to guide you, motivate you, and help you through the process of change. Positive change.

SUNDAYS: REST, RELAXATION, AND RESTORATION

Here we are on DAY 7 of the TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE! What an accomplishment! I encourage you to get extra rest today. Put your feet up, relax outside, take a nap, listen to relaxing music, inspirational talks, read uplifting material, engage in activities to restore your spirit. Laugh, play, and gather your thoughts together for WEEK 2 of the TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE! This is a great day to use your foam roller, soak in the bath, get a massage, ice sore muscles, and look up healthy recipes. Give love. Receive love.

If possible, try to get to bed at a descent hour, so you can start the week off refreshed and invigorated.
