Day 17 of 30: Family Day

DAY 17 OF 30!
TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE!

Today's focus: FAMILY 

Whether it's surprising your spouse for lunch, spending time with your kids, visiting a relative, or giving your parents a call, be sure to make time for your family today. 

Many times, in today's society, people are caught between work schedules, kids schedules,  and other commitments. In our regular day to day activities, it can be easy at times to put off the people who need us most, care about us most, and love us most....our family. Let's be sure to make it a point to spend time with someone we love today.

WHAT TO DO?

The list is endless, but here's a few ideas to get you going:

- Have a water fight
- Wash vehicles together
- Go for a hike
- Picnic
- Go play at a park: Frisbee, baseball, basketball, soccer, 
   horseshoes, volleyball, tennis, etc.
- See a movie
- Have lunch together
- Swimming
- Canoe, kayak, tube, etc.
- Fish
- Go somewhere scenic and take pictures together
- Exercise together
- Build or make something together
- Bike
- Skate: Old School, but a lot of good laughs will be had.
- Visit a museum
- Visit a relative
- Do a puzzle together
- Play games
- Read together
- Dance

You've got the idea. Have fun with your family. Create memories. Make it special. Be sure to let the people you love in your life, know how much you love them.

I get to spend the day with my kids and grandson!
