Day 14 of 30: BALANCE

DAY 14 OF 30!
TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE!

Hooray! We've officially made it to two weeks on the CHALLENGE! Congratulations!!!

Today, let's think about balance. Take a look at your life, general daily schedule, and relationships, and see if you feel you have a good balance. Not too much of this, not enough of that, etc. If you notice something out of sync, and would like to change it, make note, and create a plan today, so you can begin taking action on it this week. 

Balance is really important. Work, play, love, rest, sleep, exercise, spirituality, nature, relationships, recreation, hobbies, education, so on, and so forth. 

Here's to a BALANCED DAY 14!
