TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE!

Yahoo! You’ve made it through the first week of the TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE! Congratulations! Let’s make this another successful week! Are you stoked? Everyday gets better and better, right? Everyday gets easier and easier, yes? You bet it does!

GRATITUDE

Today I’d like you to focus on gratitude. While you’re going through the CHALLENGE this week, I encourage you to write down your daily accomplishments on your calendar. Note all the good things that happen to you, people you appreciate, things you were able to accomplish, what made you feel happy, loved, and appreciated, and the unexpected events that made your day bright.

Look for and see all the wonderful things going on in your life. Give thanks. Allow your joy to radiate to all around you. Allow the goodness of the day to fill, and warm your heart. Smile. Express gratitude.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised, if not totally amazed, at the end of the week when you look at your calendar and see all the wonderful things and people in your life. Let this strengthen you, motivate you, and inspire you to keep pressing forward, focused and determined, each and everyday.
