Day 3 of 30: Focus

FOCUS

DAY 3 of 30 
TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE!

Good day CHALLENGERS! How are you feeling today? New day means new opportunities! Cease the day and arise to the occasion, for such is the case in the 30 DAY CHALLENGE!

Today’s focus is on….FOCUS. Focus, as in where one desires to place their thoughts, and ultimately, actions. I highly encourage you to use your focus, and even ‘zero’ in on your focus throughout the day(s) of your CHALLENGE


BE SURE YOUR DAY IS FILLED WITH MEANING, MEMORIES, AND FULFILLMENT.

If you find your thoughts wandering, simply bring them back into focus by consciously making the effort to do so. 


PUT YOUR ENERGY TO GOOD USE

Even if it’s nervous energy, put your energy to use. People often find they have nervous energy when giving up old habits. Use this to your advantage. You already know exercise is part of the plan, but what do you do when you’re home and showered, with three quarters of your day left? To help you, I’ve created a list with some ideas to help you maintain focus, get organized, and feel a sense of accomplishment.


THINGS TO DO WITH YOUR ‘ENERGY’

1. Clean the garage up
2. Clean out the shed
3. Do yard work, and have a water fight while you’re at it.
4. Work on vehicle repairs
5. Home repairs
6. Wash your vehicle
7. Redecorate
8. Rearrange furniture
9. Clean out drawers, closets, etc.
10. Get a new book, magazine
11. Go to a movie with your friends
12. Attend a seminar
13. Check out coupons for upcoming events on the web
14. Go for a hike
15. Canoe
16. Fish
17. Go swimming
18. Be a photographer and visit a special location, snap a lot of pictures
19. Visit the zoo
20. Visit a friend

The list is endless! Sit down and put together your 'To-do' list, then get to it! Of course, spending time with your children and taking them someplace fun is always an option! Send me your suggestions, and let me know what’s working for you.
