Let's keep the proper perspective this week, on things to come. I don't want you to start thinking about, "In 7 days I get to.....". You get the idea?

Yes, thoughts are the Grand Master to action, so PLEASE, be careful how you choose to look at the end of your CHALLENGE! Keep it on the up and up. Continue making positive plans for yourself, and your future. Continue on cycling through the 30 DAY CHALLENGE! with another area of weakness you would like to overcome. Get as many friends and family as you can involved, and keep each other stoked.
PLAN NOW TO SUCCEED LATER
Today's focus is on planning for the end of your CHALLENGE. Think about where you're at, where you'd like to go from here, and write it down. Visualize. Look through your calendar this month and make note of all the wonderful opportunities and people that have come into your life. Allow this to further motivate you. Make a plan today, how you intend TO MOVE PAST the 30 day mark, and continue on with your good habits! You can do this.
