Prepping: Day 1

TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE 
Get yourself in gear...mentally, physically, and emotionally. Be prepared! Go through kitchen cabinets, your fridge, etc. Be sure the tires on your mountain bike are aired up and ready to roll, find that gym pass you put away, pull out the exercise clothes, and obtain schedules for group fitness classes you're interested in. Start spreading the word, form your own groups, and get a plan of action going. Only one person can make this a success, and that person is YOU!!!!

The challenge consists of whatever it is you choose to abstain from for 30 days, or whatever it is you choose to implement to make your lifestyle healthier for 30 days. It can be anything from getting a new PR, improving a benchmark, facing a fear, to abandoning junk foods, not spending as much, to you name it, it's YOUR challenge!


You can do this solo, or get your family and/or friends together in on it, and hold one another accountable to be a support. I hope you will share your experiences on this blog, or the TIGHT BODY 30 DAY CHALLENGE Facebook page, of your journey, struggles, successes, and anything that will buoy up the group. 

I've listed some guidelines in the sidebar I hope you'll find helpful, as the majority I speak with are mainly trying to overcome eating habits and/or instill even healthier ones. If you have questions on a challenge you're facing and need guidance in that particular area, feel free to contact me. If I can't give you some direction, I will find someone who can. 

Success is the end product.
